Eligibility

The following persons are eligible to apply for Singapore PR
 
  1. Employment Pass Holder / Personalized Employment Pass Holder
  2. S Pass Holder
  3. Spouse of a Singaporean or Singapore PR (LTVP, LTVP+, or DP)
  4. Unmarried child below 21 years old, born within a legal marriage context, or have been legally adopted by a Singaporean or Singapore PR.
  5. Student Pass holders who have resided in Singapore for at least two years and passed at least one national exam (i.e. PSLE or GCE ‘N’/’O’/’A’ levels) or are in the Integrated Programme.
  6. Aged parent of a Singaporean
  7. Foreign investors in Singapore
